Job summary

Referment, a specialist UK law firm, is seeking a senior infrastructure lawyer to manage substantial matters for public-sector and commercial clients.

You will own matters, supervise associates and trainees, and contribute to tenders, events and articles while maintaining high standards of delivery, commercial judgement and professional conduct.

This role offers broader matter ownership, team supervision and a visible role in practice development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, recognised foreign equivalent or CILEX lawyer with current infrastructure experience.
• Strong drafting, analysis, negotiation, organisation and client-management skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and an interest in developing clients and the wider practice.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can manage substantial matters, support partners on the most complex work and help develop junior colleagues.

The role combines technical infrastructure work with client ownership, supervision and practice development. You will act as a trusted point of expertise while maintaining strong standards around delivery, commercial management and professional conduct.
