Our team combines Macquarie's deep real assets experience with a dynamic approach to investing, developing new strategies, and growing opportunities for our clients. As part of the Private Credit platform, you will also have exposure to other growing product lines such as Fund Capital finance and Direct Lending.

At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

As a Manager within the London team, you will contribute to the continued growth of the Private Credit platform. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing and executing new financing transactions across secure income sectors (such as real estate, social housing, real estate-backed infrastructure, regulated utilities), as well as the ongoing management of existing portfolio loans and assets.

What you offer
  • Between 5 to 8 years' experience in debt structuring and credit underwriting across relevant sectors, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with complex transactions, proactive attitude, and resilience.
  • Highly numerate with skills in all aspects of credit and financial analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be an effective team player.
  • Degree educated, preferably with skills in a European language such as German or French, but other languages considered.

We welcome anyone inspired to build a better future with us. If you're excited about this role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.

What we offer

At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a rewarding career. Our benefits, depending on eligibility, include:

  • 1 wellbeing leave day per year and at least 25 days of annual leave.
  • 26 weeks' paid parental leave for primary caregivers, 12 days of paid transition leave, and 6 weeks' paid leave for secondary caregivers.
  • Paid fertility leave for those undergoing or supporting fertility treatments.
  • 2 days of paid volunteer leave and donation matching.
  • Salary sacrificing options and support for physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, including comprehensive medical and life insurance.
  • Access to Employee Assistance Program, learning and development opportunities, and professional memberships.
  • Emergency and backup dependent care services, recognition and service awards, and flexible working arrangements.
