Senior Associate - Life Sciences/Healthcare Market Research - Midsized Global Consulting firm (UK based)

A new mid-level opportunity has opened up due to growth and demand for my client’s innovative market research offerings & services! This role offers the chance to join an established name in the healthcare research space, furthering your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven team with a collaborative and values-focused environment.

The role will focus on project execution and delivery, guiding junior colleagues, supporting senior leadership with business development, and taking on a visible role in a growing company.

You will be involved in every stage of the research process, from questionnaire design to the delivery of insightful results, in a truly international and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from start to finish: coordinate small teams, monitor budgets and timelines
2. Analyze data and produce clear, impactful client reports

Ideal Profile:

• 2-6 years' experience in Healthcare/Pharma Market Research or similar consulting/agency environment
• Track record in executing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative projects end to end (specialization in either is desirable but not essential)
• Client-facing experience
• Eager to grow, progress, and develop juniors within a supportive and ambitious culture

Base salary: £40,000-£60,000, dependent on experience
