KP Law is seeking a Senior Associate to lead the strategic direction of group litigation claims and supervise junior staff. You will engage with partners to identify opportunities and serve as a subject-matter expert in your practice area.

You will work on complex litigation including Personal Injury and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to progress claimants’ cases efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor or barrister withخبر has demonstrated litigation experience.
• Experience in complex litigation, ideally within group litigation.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supervising trainees and paralegals is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic direction and oversight of group litigation claims.
• Supervise and develop direct reports and project teams.
• Prepare correspondence to counsel and clients; review court submissions.
• Resolve data issues during client information collation.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to progress cases.
• Manage legal documentation and general case management.
• Conduct research and draft documentation for relevant cases.
