What will I be doing?

As a Senior Associate GDCM Deployment Communications, you will be working with two critical departments covering various topics as required to facilitate PEP PMS deployment to the wider estate. You will be responsible for supporting the roll out of hotel refresh efforts, contracting, licensing and support escalation.

This position will also be responsible for:
• Communicate with hotels / ownership on the project requirements and benefits to the operation/guests.
• Coordinate equipment procurement. This includes building and handling shipments with contracted vendors and Hotels.
• Track project tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Liaise with other departments internally to ensure project tasks remain on track
• Support Senior Lead with project progress information.
• Guide ownership through the choices they have with our partners ensuring they select Hilton preferred solutions.
• Produce reporting to assist other Hilton departments and business partners that perform tasks that support technology deployment.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience with project management, vendor management and third-party agreements
• Social communicators, who will positively influence Hilton’s partners and who will communicate effectively at all levels
• Dedicated, ambitious individual with good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve functional goals
• Adapts willingly to change
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Self-starters, who take initiative in implementing goals, utilizing analytical skills, and possessing adaptability to change
• Excellent general knowledge of IT Standards and methods and specific knowledge of Hilton’s IT standards preferred
• Knowledge of the Hotel franchising business is desirable

Required:
• Previous professional work experience in Hospitality Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and emerging technologies.
• Previous professional experience in Technology systems and projects deployment
• Knowledge of SharePoint systems and Agile
• Occasional travel - 5% of the time
