We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, FX Platform Sales Team. This role is located in London Hybrid.
The Markets business helps our clients formulate, implement, and operationalize their investment strategies. It provides clients with financing, execution, liquidity, and collateral solutions that are integrated with BNY's asset servicing ecosystem.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Revenues
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives and helps achieve team revenue targets.
Sales Support- Conducts market research, prepares pricing and profitability modeling, and materials for marketing.
- Supports new business and ensures all client-related onboarding aspects are completed.
- Conducts Business Development analytics, tracks individual targets, and connects with relationship managers.
- Coordinates with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to track current clients and potential targets.
- Focuses on building a strong technological expertise for product sales and demonstrations.
- Performs client assessments to determine requirements and develops tailored proposals, coordinating and managing legal reviews as needed.
- Engages with CRM systems required to track client activities and systems used to run sales analysis to ensure they are working properly.
Client Service- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class client coverage.
- Rolling out new products to clients and working closely with internal partners on strategic projects.
- Performs core activities supporting the life cycle of sales, including technology product sales, implementations, and demonstrations.
Expertise- Knowledge of the full BNY suite of Platform Sales products and understanding of all aspects of the FX workflow.
- Keep up to date with market structure changes, regulatory landscape, and competitor products, keeping both clients and colleagues informed with new trends.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education
- A number of years of FX experience preferred
- An understanding of the FX landscape, trends, and their drivers
