Pantheon Ventures, a global private markets investor with $90B+ AUM, is looking for a Senior Associate, Fund Finance to join our Private Equity team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy—supporting fund launches, managing third-party service providers, and ensuring robust financial oversight across our Private Equity platform.

What You’ll Do:

️ Oversee fund accounting, audits, and financial reporting

️ Support new fund launches and operational setup

️ Manage capital events, fund expenses, and fee calculations

️ Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

️ Drive process improvements and risk management initiatives

️ Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing culture

Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Strong knowledge of private markets (ideally Private Equity or FoF)

Experience in fund accounting, controls, and financial operations

Excellent communication, analytical, and Excel skills

A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
