Job summary

RPC is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to focus on technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts within the financial services sector. You will run matters day-to-day with autonomy, coordinate with regulatory, data protection, IP and disputes teams, and mentor junior lawyers.

You will help shape advice that is practical and risk-aware, contribute to business development, pitches and client relationships, and deepen the firm's technology and FS practice across sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent) with substantial experience in technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts.
• Experience with financial services clients is preferred.
• Ability to develop business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run matters day-to-day with autonomy, coordinating across regulatory, data protection, IP and disputes teams.
• Support partners in shaping practical, risk-aware advice for clients.
• Develop junior lawyers through supervision and feedback.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, thought leadership and training.
• Help grow RPC's technology and FS practice across sectors.
