Qualifications

• 3–6 PQE in private practice or equivalent.
• Strong FS regulatory experience essential.
• Experience advising on payments, consumer credit, or broader FS regulation.
• Solid knowledge of FCA/PRA rules, FSMA, and RAO.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships.

Financial Services Regulatory Associate (3–6 PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level associate to join a highly regarded Financial Services regulatory team within a progressive, entrepreneurial law firm.

This is a growth hire driven by increased client demand and recent senior lateral hires. The role offers a strong balance of high-quality, complex work alongside a genuinely sustainable workload.

The Role

You will work closely with senior members of the Financial Services Advisory team, advising a broad range of clients across the fintech and financial services ecosystem.

Clients include high-growth fintechs, challenger banks, and established financial institutions across the UK and internationally.

What They’re Looking For

• 3–6 PQE (flexible depending on experience and capability)
• Strong financial services regulatory experience (essential)
• Experience advising on payments, consumer credit, or broader FS regulation
• Good working knowledge of FCA/PRA rules, FSMA, and the RAO
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and manage client relationships
