The Role

Joining this top-tier Consumer Financial Services Regulatory team, you will advise on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The work spans advisory, enforcement and strategic compliance including FCA authorisations, systems and controls, regulatory change projects, internal investigations, and responding to regulatory scrutiny.

There is a strong focus on consumer credit, payments, digital banking and BNPL products.

You'll be working alongside leading partners with decades of experience in the field, with the opportunity to take a lead on matters and help shape the direction of the practice. The team is known for its friendly, supportive culture and has a strong track record of promoting from within.

The Ideal Candidate

• UK-qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in financial services regulation
• Solid experience advising regulated firms in the consumer finance or retail banking space
• Exposure to both advisory and contentious (or investigatory) work is ideal
