The Role:

This is a standout opportunity for a Financial Services Regulatory Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE to join this Top 40 City of London firm.

You should have a strong knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and be proficient in drafting regulated consumer credit documents. As well as a strong understanding of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the Financial Conduct Authority Handbook and be able to advise clients on the regulatory perimeter, authorisation applications.

• You will have 3+ years PQE in a relevant field.
