• Handle your own juicy caseload of private family law matters—think divorces, financial settlements, and Children Act work.
• Provide clients with exceptional, empathetic, no-nonsense legal advice.
• Represent clients in court like the confident pro you are.
• Mentor junior colleagues and show them how it’s really done.
• Play a key role in building the department's future.
• Hit a realistic target of 1250 chargeable hours.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You’re a qualified solicitor / legal executive with senior-level experience in private family law.
• You’ve already built (or are building) a client following and know how to win trust fast.
• You’ve got top-notch technical knowledge and court advocacy skills.
• You’re business-savvy and see the bigger picture (read: you’re not just here for a quiet life).
• You actually care about your clients. Like, really care.
