The Opportunity

This Associate/Senior Associate role focuses on executive search for Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment, and Wealth Management professionals within the EMEA region, based in our London office. We strongly believe in internal talent growth, and many of our Associates advance to Principal roles within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-profile executive search mandates, working closely with senior consultants and financial industry clients.
• Identify, qualify, and engage top-tier investment and wealth management professionals.
• Manage key stages of the search process, ensuring exceptional client service and candidate experience.
• Maintain and leverage industry intelligence, capturing market insights and trends in financial services talent.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new client partnerships.
