The Role You’ll work closely with senior leadership while managing your own caseload of complex matters, including:
• Strategic employment advice to employers and senior executives
• Contracts, policies, restructures, redundancies, TUPE
• Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• Executive terminations and restrictive covenants
• Supervising junior team members and contributing to business development
You’ll play a key role in helping shape the department’s future, with increasing leadership responsibilities.
