We are working with a highly-regarded national law firm to recruit a talented Employment Lawyer to join their successful and growing team in London.

Your new role


This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer with a strong background in employment law, particularly in equality and discrimination matters. You will be responsible for:

  • Advising on a wide range of employment law issues including discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment terminations
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Leading complex negotiations and managing client meetings independently
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
  • Managing your own caseload and providing high-quality legal advice
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales 5+ PQE (guidelines only)
  • Experienced in employment law, with a focus on equality/discrimination and tribunal work
  • Confident in handling redundancy and restructuring matters, TUPE, and contract reviews
  • Skilled in client communication and negotiation
  • Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
