Brabners in Preston is seeking a Senior Associate in Employment to advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, partnering with clients to deliver practical, commercially-focused solutions.

You'll develop client relationships, support the growth of the team and mentor junior colleagues, while working alongside recognised employment law specialists. This post offers agile working with office/remote balance and a strong focus on career development.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising employer clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on the full range of employment law matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
• Advising on restructures, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment due diligence.
• Building and developing strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and networking activities.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

As a Senior Associate, you'll play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting the growth of the team and mentoring junior colleagues, while working alongside recognised employment law specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising employers on the full range of employment law matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded employment lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering excellent client service.

You’ll Ideally Have
