We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Property Litigation team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for an ambitious, commercially-minded lawyer eager to contribute to business development and the growth of our team and firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on property litigation matters with strategic and commercial solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Leading business development initiatives to expand our market presence.
• Collaborating across departments including Commercial Real Estate, Rural Land & Business, Private Client, and Residential.
• Representing clients in various courts and tribunals, including the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, Land Court, Lands Tribunal for Scotland, and First Tier Tribunal (Housing and Property) Chamber.

Core expertise areas:

• Commercial Landlord and Tenant issues such as Rent recovery, Notices to quit, Dilapidations, Lease interpretation.
• Applications to the Lands Tribunal and Land Court.
• Disputes involving boundary, access, title, and social housing.
• Supporting planning judicial reviews and handling Professional Negligence Claims related to property transactions.
• Managing cases involving Unauthorised Occupiers, Arbitration, and Mediation.
