Senior/Associate Director - Bristol and/or London - Consultancy
We are currently working with one of our leading property consultancies in London, who are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director to join them in the next stage of their exciting journey!
As a Senior/Associate Director you will be working within corporate and retail enterprises, investment companies, lenders and central and local government. Your role will be to help develop collaborative partnerships with clients, formed on an understanding of their business needs and objectives to deliver effective solutions.
You will be apart of a long-term business plan that includes delivering on goals for expansion over the next few years. This is a great opportunity for an individual to expand on their skills by gaining the full gamut of building surveying experience.
The work will primarily be in Bristol and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing advice on a range of key property related matters, such as; Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and Party Wall matters. Managing and developing client relationships. Supporting your Director in growing the company business and achieving set targets/goals. Supporting and developing junior staff members through mentoring them.
You must have the following requirements/attributes:
RICS Qualification. Proven experience in ensuring business operational and financial targets are met. Strong understanding of Building Consultancy disciplines. People management skills. Able to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions & recommendations. Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software and Microsoft packages.
