Turner Property Recruitment is currently representing a well-respected, family-run, debt-free multi consultancy business seeking a qualified Senior Planner (3-5 years post-qualified experience, but consideration can be given up to Associate Director level) based in Kirkham. The goal is to help grow and advance the business. Following the recent recruitment of a Group Planning Director, this is the second phase of hiring.

This is a unique and rare opportunity driven by the company's rapid growth and future plans. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced planning firm working on a variety of projects, from large portfolios to individual properties/sites. The organization prefers candidates with a solid development control background and some understanding of planning policy, eager to learn and expand their practical planning skills. The Planner will work with a senior team and oversee junior planners.

The role involves travel across the UK, with flexibility around personal commitments. The candidate should be based in Kirkham (near Preston), with occasional travel to London (to a partner office) and other locations for specific projects.

The organization values a proactive, ambitious Planner who is eager to be a team player, involved in project delivery, team management, and business development.

Remuneration ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 plus Car Allowance and Bonus, with salary adjustments based on experience.
