  • Well-rounded technical credibility evidenced through experience and peer recognition
  • Good leadership and management skills with the ability to provide clear instructions, motivate and inspire others to deliver the aims of the discipline plan and wider Regulated Water strategy
  • The ability to develop and articulate the strategic aims for Jacobs and delivery of technical excellence for Regulated Water
