Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Significant commercial property management experience at Associate Director level or above.
• Strong understanding of service charges, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management objectives.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading meetings.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior surveyors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and occupier charging.
• Prepare financial reporting and cashflow.
• Oversee client relationships and regular reporting.
• Administer leases and licences.
• Oversee rent recovery and credit control.
• Engage tenants and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee lease events and compliance.
• Lead ESG initiatives and sustainability projects.
• Supervise facilities management and suppliers.
• Conduct property inspections and asset presentation.
• Handle insurance renewals, claims and risk.
• Support acquisition, disposal and transition activity.
