Our client's Tax practice has gone from strength to strength and is now outperforming the rest of the firm.

Continuing to grow, the team is in search of an experienced Tax lawyer who is looking to join a friendly, outgoing team which can offer an excellent diet of interesting and varied corporate tax work. The practice is able to offer a full-service approach, providing support on M&A, Financing, Funds, and RE transactions, as well as handling Tax Litigation matters. Beyond transactional work, the team is proud of its stand-alone reputation and its ability to provide tax analysis across a range of industries including insurance and tech.

This opportunity would suit an experienced, client-facing Tax lawyer who is looking for a rewarding, fulfilling, and rounded role with a good work/life balance. The firm's chargeable hour target is just 1600 per annum, with most lawyers in the team operating at 90-100% of this target, meaning there is more time in the evenings and at weekends for personal and family life.

In addition to a broad role in a great team (of around 25 lawyers), the successful candidate can expect to benefit from unobstructed progression prospects, as well as a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will be 4-8 PQE (no less than 3 PQE), and will have strong BD and client-facing interpersonal skills along with a strong academic record.
