The Role

This is an exciting role for a Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join this leading West End firm, which is gaining an impressive reputation in the market.

Corporate law is a key area for the firm, with a strong focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions. This role will involve working closely with a highly experienced partner and senior associates, offering the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions, with a minimum of five years' PQE. You will be involved in structuring deals, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, advising on regulatory and compliance matters, and working on cross-border transactions.

Ideally, you will have a strong track record of advising private companies, investors, and financial institutions on a range of corporate matters, including share and asset sales, investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Strong technical knowledge in M&A (essential) with some experience Private Equity transactions (desirable)
