Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Assistant Manager for Controls Framework & RCSA (1LOD Risk Management) in London, with a hybrid work model. The role supports the Controls Framework across FTSE Russell, driving control design, documentation, ownership and lifecycle governance.

You will lead RCSA coordination, governance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational risk, controls, governance or compliant environments.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to analyse controls, identify gaps and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation and uplift of the Controls Framework across FTSE Russell.
• Coordinate RCSA activities and ensure quality and evidence-based rationale.
• Map controls to processes, risks and objectives and support governance reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across Product, Operations, Engineering and Corporate Functions to embed controls.
