Job summary

FTSE Russell is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of the first-line Controls Framework and RCSA programme. You will partner with Product, Operations, Engineering and Internal Audit to embed a sustainable control environment across a global, regulated business.

The role requires deep knowledge of control frameworks, lifecycle management and RCSA methodologies, with strong delivery and stakeholder-management skills to drive change across FTSE

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of controls frameworks, control lifecycle management and RCSA methodologies.
• Experience leading controls transformation, uplift, remediation or framework redesign programs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance the FTSE Russell first-line Controls Framework, ensuring credibility and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Lead the controls uplift programme with clear scope, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate controls with the RCSA framework and ensure mapping to process risks and control coverage.
• Develop governance forums, operating models and MI to support control population quality and oversight.
• Provide senior guidance to business leaders on design adequacy, ownership and remediation priorities.
