Job Description Senior Associate – Construction Law

5 years PQE+

£80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate or an associate ready to take the next step to join a nationally recognised Construction team at a leading legal and professional services firm.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking firm, working on high-profile construction disputes and advisory work. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice on fire and building safety issues, remediation procurement strategies, and complex legal claims, including multi-million disputes in arbitrations and court proceedings. You will work closely with industry-leading clients, including major housebuilders, and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across architectural, engineering, and project management disciplines.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years PQE in construction litigation (including professional negligence work).
  • Strong interest in wider political issues and policies impacting clients in the construction and development industry.
  • Forward-thinking approach to innovation and legal technology, with a focus on client-centric solutions.
