The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Senior to join a leading West End firm with an impressive market reputation.

You will work with a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner who will invest in your future as you help grow the department.

You will handle a broad range of quality matters including development, acquisitions, commercial leases, residential development, acting for developers of PLC and private companies, and extensive multi-purpose developments.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• Ideally from a reputable City/West End or regional firm with an excellent reputation
• Experience in:
• Sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and support on corporate transactions
• Excellent client relations skills, especially in building and developing relationships with HNWI and luxury retail brands
• Ability to develop strong relationships with team and clients
• Proven collaborative team working experience
• Ability to work independently and manage cases without supervision
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed and enthusiasm for practice development and business generation
