London law firm is seeking a Senior/Managing Associate in Commercial Litigation & Insolvency to join its disputes team in London. The role offers responsibility, autonomy, and a pathway toward leadership as part of a growing practice.

You will manage diverse disputes and insolvency matters, with significant client contact and opportunities to shape the firm’s growing disputes practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE gained within a recognised disputes practice.
• Strong experience in commercial litigation, with exposure to insolvency matters highly desirable.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and insolvency matters.
• Advising clients on complex and high-value disputes.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and networking activities.
