The Role

You will take a lead role in managing major cases, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping to shape the strategic growth of the team. The disputes you will handle will span a broad church of commercial litigation matters. The firm actively supports progression and offers a clear path toward partnership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading litigation, arbitration, and ADR matters across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
2. Advising clients on risk strategy, litigation funding, and dispute avoidance
3. Drafting key litigation documents and managing proceedings from pre-action to enforcement
4. Supervising and developing junior team members
5. Playing an active role in business development, networking, and thought leadership
