About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercial lawyer with 5+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, leasing, and transactional commercial documents drafting and reviewing.

About your team

BlueRock Law is a fast-growing mid-sized commercial law firm that is increasing in revenue year on year. We are part of an entrepreneurial advisory firm with substantial accounting, wealth management, finance, insurance, and digital teams that provide holistic advice to its SME client base.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

• Provide timely, commercially astute, and strategic advice on a good mix of commercial advisory-related matters, e.g., mergers and acquisitions, leasing, contractual agreements, structures, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, often dealing directly with business owners.
• Support, coach, and mentor junior team members in technical matters while fostering a supportive and respectful team environment.
• Collaborate with fellow BlueRockers across our Accounting, Wealth, and Finance divisions.

Skills and Requirements

• We are seeking a diligent and reliable lawyer who is both relatable and empathetic, dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
• 5+ years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with strong technical commercial skills.
• Experience working with an SME client book and directly with business owners, facilitating strong relationship-building.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills, eager to share knowledge and empower team members.
• Officially B-Corp Certified, a Certified Great Place to Work 2024 and 2023 Best Workplaces winner!
