You will be a member of the Client Lifecycle Management Team, supporting all client lifecycle management requests, providing guidance on processes and compliance requirements. Training and support will be provided. The role involves ensuring efficient client onboarding, qualification, changes, and AML reviews across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary contact for client due diligence queries.
  • Review client lifecycle cases for various legal entities.
  • Support and coach senior officers on complex cases.
  • Provide training to sales and relationship teams on client management policies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
  • Assist in process improvements and project support.
  • Prepare administrative reports and presentations.

Requirements:
