Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Finance to join our Industry Finance team. You will partner with Country leadership to manage an Industry P&L and provide actionable financial insights to drive profitable growth across projects and clients.

You will deliver weekly revenue estimates, analyze monthly results, flag risks, and support monthly and quarterly closes, while working with Client Services and Project teams to improve profitability and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Provide weekly revenue estimation, understand, and communicate key risks and opportunities to the wider business.
• Analyze monthly results and communicate the drivers of variances to forecast to feed into P&L reviews with both finance leadership and Client Services and Project.
• Identify and flag potential areas of risk to senior team members and participate in development of solutions to mitigate those risks
• Understand how factors such as pricing, contract structure, accounting treatment and staffing mix impact project and client profitability.
• Use quarterly results and profit modelling analysis to maintain a full year profitability outlook at client level.

• Partner with other teams both within and outside Finance to ensure financial data and reporting is consistent and accurate.
• Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties assigned.

Overview

The Senior Associate, Client Finance will work on a team, structured by Industry Model, focused on managing an Industry P&L, while supporting Country leadership on regional reporting. Client Finance Team works closely with the business to help understand financial performance and drive profitable growth. The Senior Associate, Client Finance will also partner closely with Country/Industry finance teams to provide financial support related to clients in their industry across Publicis Sapient International.

The individual needs to be an experienced finance professional, a confident communicator capable of supporting senior stakeholders. They need to be able to drive performance in a fast-paced environment, operating across a complex structure to provide financial insights to support decision-making.
