What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy, commercial performance, and supplier relationships for a key product category

  • Drive negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms

  • Identify and onboard new products to grow the assortment and fill key gaps

  • Partner with internal teams across merchandising, marketing, analytics, and operations

  • Analyse data and performance trends to inform and execute growth strategies

  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitors’ pricing, assortment, and tactics

  • Represent Wayfair at trade shows and conduct supplier visits across Europe (2–5x per year)

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree

  • Fluency in English (required)

  • 2+ years in management consulting, eCommerce, category management, or a similarly strategic/commercial role

  • Strong data analysis and commercial acumen – you make insights actionable

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at senior levels

  • Experience negotiating terms and driving supplier performance

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
