Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver building surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Provide expert guidance on building contracts, including JCT and NEC.

Conduct inspections, surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence.

Manage key client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring repeat business.

Mentor and line-manage junior surveyors, supporting their APC and career development.

Oversee compliance with Health & Safety, statutory requirements, and quality standards.

Draft precise technical reports, specifications, and asset reviews.

Requirements :

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.

MRICS Chartered (or close to chartership with strong senior-level experience).

Solid technical expertise and a proven track record in building surveying.

Strong commercial mindset and client management skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
