ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key leadership role within our team, managing a varied portfolio of projects and providing expert advice across the full range of building surveying services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop client relationships, mentor junior staff, and take a hands-on role in shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of professional and project-based building surveying services
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Lead and oversee project delivery from inception to completion
  • Undertake technical due diligence, building pathology, and defect diagnosis
  • Provide support and guidance to junior surveyors and graduates
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • MRICS qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of building surveying practice and legislation
  • Proven project management and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Commercial awareness and business development mindset
  • Full UK driving licence

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
