Job Description:

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-known SME who have 7 offices throughout the country. Our client has seen significant growth in recent years and has recently won a long-term framework. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join their Cardiff office.

Although our client works across a range of sectors, they are particularly well known for their work in the industrial sector.

The ideal candidate will be a professionally focused Building Surveyor (although a project-focused surveyor would still be considered) who can hit the ground running and work autonomously.

My client is known for their market-leading bonus scheme; other surveyors at this level typically see end-of-year bonuses of up to £60,000.

The basic salary will be in the region of £65,000.
