Job Description

Our lawyers possess extensive sector knowledge gained from years of experience working closely with clients and colleagues across legal disciplines. We take a broad view of clients' businesses and objectives, whether acting for borrowers or funders, aiming to establish solid financing foundations and foster strong client relationships. Our expertise spans structured Islamic and conventional real estate finance, inward investment, development finance, housing, project finance, and more, often collaborating across UK and international offices.

This position supports Partners, Solicitors, and Trainees across transactional work of varying complexity and scale.

Responsibilities

  1. Focus on real estate finance while handling banking and finance matters such as development finance, real estate investment finance, inward investment deals, Islamic finance, housing finance, project finance, and corporate loans.
  2. Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
  3. Engage proactively in marketing initiatives.
  4. Train and support junior legal and support staff.
  5. Manage files in compliance with Lexcel procedures.
  6. Participate in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.

Requirements
