Qualifications

  • 5+ years PQE in Planning, Environmental, and Compulsory Purchase law.
  • Active in marketing and business development.
  • Experience in Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO, and Public Access law preferred.

Role
  • Reporting to the Head of Team, the role includes delivering high-quality legal services to clients, performance and risk management.
  • A focus on delivering high-quality planning advice to local planning authorities, housebuilders, and development clients.
  • Working with the leadership team from time to time, assisting in the design, delivery, and implementation of system changes, workflow, and process improvements.
  • Being involved in business development activities to promote the office and the business as a whole.
You
  • 5+ years PQE with well-developed knowledge in Planning, Environmental, and Compulsory Purchase law.
  • Active in marketing and business development to expand this area of work.
  • A flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met, with consistent and regular communication with clients.
  • Experience of Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO, and Public Access law is preferred or a willingness to learn about these areas where there is no experience.
