Irwin Mitchell LLP in Cambridge is recruiting a Senior Associate to join the Asbestos & Occupational Disease (AOD) team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related claims, with opportunities to supervise junior staff and contribute to business development.

You will work with Partners and senior colleagues on high-value matters, ensuring excellent client service and outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 8+ years PQE in Industrial Disease litigation.
• Strong experience managing a litigated caseload of complex and high-value claims.
• Ability to supervise and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Investigate a varied caseload of multitrack disease claims.
• Support Partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters.
• Provide technical supervision and contribute to team growth.
• Develop business relationships and strengthen referrer networks.
