About the Role

1. Leading and delivering on new build projects across housing, urban regeneration, or logistics/warehousing sectors
2. Working closely with the wider team to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
3. Contributing to business growth and development by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive mindset
4. Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate

About the Requirements

• MRICS qualified
• Strong track record in new build construction – ideally residential, regeneration, or industrial/logistics sectors
• Excellent commercial and communication skills
• Someone motivated to progress to Associate level in the near future
• A team player with the ambition to help shape the future of the business

About the Salary and Benefits
