Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated individual for the Inpatient Dispensary at St Thomas'. The post holder will support dispensary staff, assist in dispensing medicines to in-patients and discharge medications in line with CQC standards.
The role emphasises accuracy, teamwork and efficient workload management within a busy NHS setting, with progression through a transparent interview process and a closing date in late 2026.
An exciting opportunity has presented for a self-motivated, proactive and hard working individual to join our team in St Thomas' inpatient dispensary.
The post-holder will work closely with other Senior Assistant Technical officers to help provide core support to dispensary staff, demonstrate comprehensive communication and assist in the dispensing of medicines to in-patients and the supply of discharge medications in line with CQC standards.
Please note the interview will be conducted using a progressive transparent interview process. Some interview questions will be sent in advance to applicants - with the aim to be truly inclusive as we recognise some of the barriers that interviews create.
Note: Previous applicants need not apply and we reserve the right to close the advert early if high volume.
