Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead whole classes during short-term teacher absences.
• Support small groups and individual pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Deliver engaging lessons within a pre-prepared framework.
• Collaborate with teachers on planning, preparation and resource development.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion in line with school policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support progress.
• Mentor, guide and support Assistant Teachers, contributing to their professional growth.
