A prominent healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Assistant Psychologist to join their Adult Eating Disorders team, focusing on early assessments and treatments. The role involves supporting the FREED pathway and requires a BPS accredited psychology degree along with experience in a similar role. Due to the current postholder having secured a place on a DClinPsych course, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Assistant Psychologist to join our Adult Eating Disorders team working in our early intervention FREED Pathway.
The role will be split between St Marks Hospital in Maidenhead and Erlegh House in Reading, where you will work closely with a dynamic team to provide a countywide service to people with eating disorders. You might be required to complete visits in the community.
In this role, you will primarily engage with people aged 16-25 who are eligible for the FREED pathway to offer early assessments and treatments, although you will also work with people across all ages as part of our wider team.
The working pattern for the role is 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with some room for home working.
Interview will be held on 25th July 2025.
