A leading educational support provider in Ripon is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a degree in Psychology and at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Psychologist. Responsibilities include providing psychological assessments and participating in student reviews. We have a fantastic, newly created position for a Senior Assistant Psychologist to join our team. You must have at least 1 year of experience in a previous Assistant Psychologist role.

You will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including Qualified Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Nurses. We offer direct support from a Regional Clinical Lead, manageable caseloads, effective supervision, and cutting-edge programme opportunities throughout the group.

Cambian specialist education services aim to improve the outcomes of children and young people daily. Our schools and colleges support children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger Syndrome, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, and Complex Needs.
Your role will be to support the qualified psychologist with a defined caseload of young people with Psychology needs specified in their EHCP. You will provide psychological assessment interventions with support from the Psychologist.
Working autonomously, you will attend MDT student reviews, complete outcome measurements, and participate in care planning exercises for each student.
It is essential that you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and that you have excellent organisational and time management skills.
