Job summary

RHR is seeking a senior assistant merchandiser to join its high street clothing brand. You will forecast, analyse performance and support merchandisers to optimise sales across womenswear, menswear and teenwear.

The role involves collaborating with buying, marketing and supply chain to align launches with market trends. You will present strategies, lead sign-offs for product areas and develop range plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong forecasting and analytical skills essential.
• Experience with WSSI and OTB is preferred.
• Able to present strategies and sign-off on product plans.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandisers to drive sales and optimise profitability.
• Analyse markdowns and review OTB to ensure ranges perform.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews and lessons-learnt with the team.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and supply chain to ensure product launches.
• Liaise with buying to manage assortments and range planning based on market trends.
