This multinational retailer is looking for a Senior Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising function. Supporting the Merchandising Manager, you will ensure that the right products arrive at the right place and time.

As a Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you will plan and build ranges for your department, analyze information, and make key strategic decisions to drive performance.

Ideal candidates will come from a similar background and are currently Assistant Merchandisers looking to develop their skills and experience.

The role offers a salary of £38,000, along with a performance-related bonus and benefits package. The company is based in Welwyn Garden City and operates a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. A shuttle service is available to transport employees to the office. Please note this is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
