23.5 Degrees is recruiting for a Senior Assistant Manager

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Leading and developing a team, driving operational excellence to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will ensure smooth and efficient store operations, provide guidance and support to the team, and maintain high standards. Your goal will be to ensure each customer receives outstanding service through a friendly and efficient experience.
