Deloitte in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic HR Services Advisor to handle incoming queries from UK and Swiss employees and Partners, advising on policies and performing essential admin tasks. Qualifications

  • General helpdesk/call centre or equivalent experience.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask across a range of processes and procedures, prioritising workload according to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Initiative to investigate queries and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across wider teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality advice and guidance on HR & Partnership inquiries through all contact channels.
  • Support with a variety of administrative processes, including reward and recognition, benefits, employee car scheme and other HR admin tasks.
  • Ensure all system-related actions are completed accurately and in a timely manner for payroll.
  • Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives as expected.
  • Support customers with HR & Partnership queries using end-to-end case management.
  • Provide administration support and reporting for customers and the business.
  • Keep up to date with policy changes and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder and customer expectations while building relationships with Deloitte teams.
  • Deliver cross-team collaboration for a seamless customer experience.
  • Escalate complex queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Be a champion for service improvement and best practice.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee and partner HR & partnership inquiries through all contact channels, providing high-quality advice and guidance.
