About Your Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a brand ambassador who embodies Charlotte Tilbury values. You are enthusiastic about exceeding targets and driving team performance through motivation. Customer experience is at the forefront of your leadership, and you continuously seek new ways to engage and satisfy customers. You work collaboratively with your Business Manager to support daily operations on the counter. You dare to dream and to do.

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will:

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager in setting sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists to achieve them.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, showing enthusiasm and commitment to the company’s performance.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in service and artistry.
• Extend exceptional customer service beyond the store, driving the customer database for marketing.
• Implement development plans, conduct reviews, and encourage feedback and coaching.
• Create a positive team culture through meetings and collaborative management, recognizing performance.
• Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards, inspiring your team to do the same.
