The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Senior Assistant Audiologist to support hearing aid repairs, ear impressions, patient follow-ups, and administrative duties such as appointment booking and data entry. The role covers adult rehabilitation, tinnitus and paediatric services across the main site, Cromer Hospital, and community sites.

Formación
- Some experience in a people-caring or healthcare environment.
- Some experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Flexibility to respond to an ever-changing workload.
Responsabilidades
- Repair and maintain hearing aids
- Take ear impressions
- Advise patients on hearing aid use
- Make telephone follow-up calls to patients recently fitted with hearing aids
- Assist with hearing tests for babies and young children under a paediatric audiologist's lead, building rapport and keeping the child focused on the test
- Answer the phone
- Make patient appointments
- Enter data onto the computer system
